Apple’s Fitness+ was first announced in September at Apple Watch and iPad event. We were introduced to the workout types that will be included, which countries will see it first, the trainers and more. Since then, reviews and details have been mentioned regarding Fitness+. Fitness+ is available now along with iOS 14.3 and watchOS 7.2.
“The next era of fitness” is how Apple introduced Fitness+ in their press release today. They have stated, “everyone’s invited”.
An Apple Watch is required to work with Fitness+ and can be used with iPad, iPhone and Apple TV running the latest software. Few key features are motivating music, flexibility to work out anywhere, finding great workouts for all. Even though the app is targeted to people who are finding it hard to work out and towards beginners, there’s also plenty of content for advanced athletes. With a band of instructors, everyone will be able to find something.
Fitness+ requires iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, tvOS 14.3, and watchOS 7.2. It’s available in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Canada.
